The book is set up so you can get as much information from each hint or hack that you feel is adequate for your skill level. Skilled system administrators have the knowledge to pick out the examples, understand them, and decide quickly the best way to perform the hack being discussed. For the beginner still learning UNIX, technical descriptions and how the system performs the commands or functions will be described in complete detail. The following is an example of how the hints and hacks in each chapter are structured:
