MATHEMATICA system
A mathematical analysis program of general use.
Mathematica (capabilities)
The program is on atlas server. To execute after logging to atlas (rlogin atlas) type math if in the user's path exists the directory /usr/bin.

MATLAB system
MATLAB is a technical calculating program for high performance numerical calculations and graphics. It includes numerical analysis, matrixe's calculations, data processing and graphics in a user friendly environment.
MATLAB (capabilities)
The program is installed in hermes. To execute, first you have to be logged in hermes (rlogin hermes) and type matlab.

General use program GIS (numerical analysis and data correlation and processing of geographical information in computer).

If you want to run the program you have to give arc from all of the computers of the Central Computer Center provided that exists in the user's path /usr/bin/ of atlas.
